Yes. We hold full public liability (£5 million as standard) and equipment insurance, and our team follows health and safety best practice on every shoot.

If you require a higher level of cover for your project, please let us know.

We understand things can change. We’ll always try to be flexible, but if cancellation or rescheduling happens at short notice, some costs may still apply (e.g. crew fees, location hire). We’ll explain this clearly in your general service agreement.

We’re based in Bristol UK, but we film nationwide and can travel internationally when required. Travel and accommodation costs are agreed upfront.

Most clients request MP4 files optimised for web and social, but we can deliver in ProRes or other professional formats if required. We’ll make sure you get versions that work for your chosen platforms.

If you require vertical or square cuts for social media, please mention this during your initial consultation.

Yes. We can provide open captions (burned in) or closed captions (separate files) depending on the platforms you’re using. Multi-language captions are also available if needed.

Absolutely. We can supply tailored edits for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, including vertical or square versions optimised for each channel.

The duration of the video production process can vary significantly depending on several factors such as the complexity of the project, the length of the video, the number of locations involved, and the specific requirements of the shoot.

Typically, a complete production cycle from initial consultation through to final delivery can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months.

Here's a general breakdown:

Pre-production (concept development, scripting, planning): 1-3 weeks

Production (filming): 1-5 days, depending on the project scale

Post-production (editing, revisions): 2-4 weeksWe'll send you an estimated project timeline during the on boarding process.

Our standard productions cover:

Additional costs may apply for actors, specialist locations, travel, or multi-language subtitles – but we’ll make that clear before starting.

Every project includes includes two rounds of amendments per deliverable.

To improve efficienty of the feedback process, all comments are made through an online platform where you can annotate directly on the video.

This allows our post-production team to see and address your feedback accurately within the video timeline.

Once your team has consolidated and submitted all feedback, let us know, and we'll begin making the necessary adjustments.

Should further changes be needed beyond the included amendments, any additional work will be subject to an extra fee, which we will quote and agree upon before proceeding.
