On Boarding
Our onboarding process is designed to ensure we fully understand your vision and objectives. This initial stage involves detailed discussions about your brand, target audience, and the message you wish to convey. We’ll also outline the project’s scope, timelines, and key deliverables. Pre Production
We develop the script, storyboard, and shot list, refining the creative direction to ensure every detail aligns with your brand’s message. This stage also involves casting, location scouting, and scheduling to set up the production phase for success. By the end of pre-production, all logistical and creative elements are in place, ready for execution.

Production
The production phase is where our planning comes to life. Our crew uses state-of-the-art equipment to capture high-quality visuals and sound. We operate with precision and flexibility, adapting to any on-set challenges. Throughout this stage, you can be on set with us with your own camera feed and watch the project come together with our 15” client monitor. We’ll maintain open lines of communication, providing you with updates and involving you in key decisions to keep the project aligned with your expectations.

Post Production
In post-production, our focus shifts to editing. This stage includes cutting, assembling footage, colour grading, and sound design. We also incorporate any required graphics or special effects, ensuring the final product is polished and cohesive. All of our quotes include at least two rounds of amendments to ensure you’re happy with your final product. Using specialist software, you can comment directly on the video timeline with any notes or feedback, making the review process fast and easy.

Every project includes a specified number of amendments, which are outlined in your initial quote. For efficient and precise feedback, all comments are made through an online platform where you can annotate directly on the video. This allows our post-production team to see and address your feedback accurately within the video timeline. Once your team has consolidated and submitted all feedback, let us know, and we'll begin making the necessary adjustments.
Typically, if your project includes two rounds of amendments, we will provide two exports. Should further changes be needed beyond the included amendments, any additional work will be subject to an extra fee, which we will quote and agree upon before proceeding. You'll have up to 60 days from the first draft to feedback on your project.
The duration of the video production process can vary significantly depending on several factors such as the complexity of the project, the length of the video, the number of locations involved, and the specific requirements of the shoot.
Typically, a complete production cycle—from initial consultation through to final delivery—can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months.

Production (filming): 1-5 days, depending on the project scale
Post-production (editing, revisions): 2-4 weeks
